Cieloprojects seeks a Change & Release Manager to own the change-management function for the engagement, ensuring every production change flows through automation or a governed, auditable manual procedure. You will direct the Release Engineers and Infrastructure Engineer and own the AWS tenancy relationship.

The role requires 5+ years in change/release management (ITIL-aligned), strong coordination across engineering and operations, and risk assessment and rollback-planning discipline.

• 5+ years in change/release management (ITIL-aligned).
• Strong coordination across engineering and operations.
• Risk-assessment and rollback-planning discipline; comfort with formal audit requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own the change-control process and chair the change-advisory board.
• Ensure every production change flows through automation or a governed, auditable manual procedure.
• Own the AWS tenancy relationship and its governance.
• Direct the Release and Infrastructure Engineers on the Terraform estate, Helm charts and CI/CD pipeline for chain-node deployments.
• Report on change success and change-related incidents to the Engagement Director.
