Qualifications

• 5+ years in Release Engineering, DevOps, or related delivery function with production deployments.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, and release orchestration experience.
• Experience leading CAB meetings and change governance in production environments.
• Strong ITSM/ITIL change management knowledge and risk-based controls.
• Ability to assess deployment plans, rollbacks, dependencies, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release process, sequencing, and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead CAB meetings and governing enterprise change processes.
• Analyze deployment risks, failures, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering.
• Drive multi-year automation roadmap, CI/CD integration, and risk scoring.
• Own release metrics, dashboards, and communications to leadership.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and platform teams on pipelines and gating.
• Lead and coach the Release & Change Engineering team.
