Job summary

Quant in New York is seeking a Change and Release Manager to own the change-management function for the engagement. You will direct Release and Infrastructure Engineers on Terraform estate, Helm charts and CI/CD pipelines, and manage the AWS tenancy relationship.

We are building the New York team and will chair the change-advisory board, ensuring changes are automated or auditable, while reporting outcomes to the Engagement Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change/release management (ITIL-aligned).
• Experience with IaC environments and automation.
• Proven coordination across engineering and operations teams.
• ItIL certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the change-control process and chair the change-advisory board.
• Ensure every production change flows through automation or governed manual procedure.
• Own the AWS tenancy relationship and its governance.
• Direct the Release and Infrastructure Engineers on the Terraform estate, Helm charts and CI/CD pipeline for chain-node deployments.
• Report on change success and change-related incidents to the Engagement Director.
