Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the organizational change initiatives associated with their Oracle Fusion and UKG Pro Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs. This role will focus on driving stakeholder engagement, mitigating risks, and ensuring organizational readiness through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support organizational change efforts related to our client’s Oracle Fusion and UKG Pro ERP programs.
  • Identify risks and anticipated resistance points, developing targeted plans to mitigate concerns.
  • Develop and execute communication, change management, and training plans.
  • Assist in stakeholder analysis and contribute to change management strategy development.
  • Maximize stakeholder understanding, engagement, buy-in, and support for change initiatives.
  • Communicate system progress, objectives, and requirements; evaluate and ensure organizational readiness.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in change management, training/instructional design, and/or project management.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, system-wide transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to interface with and influence business leaders while exercising independent judgment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with ERP and workforce management systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday).
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies, particularly the Prosci ADKAR Model.
  • Understanding of how change management principles apply within our client’s culture.
