Job summary

Guidehouse in Arlington, VA seeks a Change and Readiness Specialist to support enterprise transformation through change management, communications, and workforce readiness. You will analyze stakeholders, readiness, and impacts, and craft engaging communications, training content, and adoption resources.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong written and verbal skills, and collaboration across multiple teams. Travel up to 10% may be needed; office-based in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting change management, communications, workforce readiness, training, or organizational transformation efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management, communications, and workforce readiness activities for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and organizational impact evaluations.
• Develop communication materials, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, training content, and engagement resources.
• Coordinate readiness activities, stakeholder outreach, workshops, and employee engagement events.
• Support development and execution of communication campaigns and adoption initiatives.
• Assist with training planning, train-the-trainer activities, and workforce enablement efforts.
• Track readiness metrics, stakeholder feedback, and adoption indicators.
• Maintain change management documentation, action plans, and reporting artifacts.
• Support governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Help identify risks to adoption and recommend mitigation strategies.
