Job summary

C5i is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive the redesigned marketing investment operating model across all layers. This role owns readiness criteria, evidence collection, readiness assessment, and go/no-go recommendations to programme governance.

The successful candidate will lead change strategy, stakeholder readiness, communications, enablement, and adoption tracking, ensuring clear governance and escalation paths across internal and external user groups.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change on operating-model redesigns or business transformations.
• Delivered a go/no-go readiness recommendation for major releases.
• Experience across multi-region deployments and partner-facing populations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated change strategy across all operating layers.
• Define readiness criteria and conduct formal readiness assessments ahead of the R1 launch.
• Validate that data, language, and workflows are understandable in real operating conditions.
