Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a Change Management Manager to lead and execute change management efforts within the Transformation Office. You will partner with program and business leaders to ensure adoption of transformation initiatives through communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.

You will design and implement change strategies, coach leaders, and monitor effectiveness across multiple initiatives to minimize disruption and enable sustainable change outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, organizational change, communications, business or HR.
• 3–7+ years of change management exp, with large-scale initiatives.
• Prosci or related certification preferred.
• Experience building stakeholder strategies and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies to support enterprise transformation.
• Design and deliver targeted communications plans for staff.
• Partner with leaders to drive stakeholder alignment and readiness.
• Apply change management methodologies and tools.
• Monitor and adjust efforts to ensure successful outcomes.
