Job summary

GEICO seeks a Supervisor, Transformation & Change Strategy to drive cross-functional change across Marketing. You will read the transformation portfolio, identify momentum, and shape recommendations for senior leadership, including the CMO, in a hybrid setup between New York and Bethesda.

You will partner with the Transformation Team on strategic projects, build analytics, and translate brand strategy into actionable capabilities, playbooks, and governance that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in change management, analytics, strategy, or consulting with hands-on ownership of a program.
• Experience inside a conversion-driven service business such as financial services, insurance, or SaaS.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and translate strategy into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation strategy initiatives and set direction for the portfolio.
• Conduct benchmarking, trend analysis, and develop insights for leadership decisions.
• Support CMO strategic projects with analysis, narrative, and leadership content.
• Partner across the Transformation Team on special projects and capability development.
