Job summary

Brink's Inc. is seeking a Change Management Manager to lead and execute structured change strategies as part of the Transformation Office. You will drive communications, stakeholder engagement, and employee readiness to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives.

You will partner with program leaders to minimize disruption, align priorities, and enable sustainable outcomes across the organization, coaching leaders through change and maintaining program momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; graduate-level coursework preferred.
• 3–7+ years of change management experience with large-scale initiatives.
• Experience supporting business transformations and operating model changes.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools; Prosci certification preferred.
• Experience developing stakeholder strategies, mapping, and targeted communications.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and build relationships.
• Experience coaching and enabling leaders to lead through change.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including compelling messaging.
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and proactive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver targeted communication plans to keep employees informed, prepared, and engaged.
• Partner with leaders and program teams to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and readiness.
• Apply established change management methodologies, tools, and best practices for consistent execution.
• Facilitate activities including framing, stakeholder analysis, pulse checks, and readiness assessments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change impacts, risk mitigation, and engagement strategies.
• Create compelling communications, content, and storytelling to support transformation objectives.
• Manage multiple change initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate change management into programs.
• Monitor effectiveness and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable outcomes, coaching leaders as needed.
