Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Change Management Lead to own the program's change control, readiness criteria, and governance across multi‑site operations. The role works with the client, prime integrator, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions into live operations.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens eligible for a Public Trust clearance. The role sits in the Delivery PMO and requires strong risk integration and stakeholder management across FAA modernization programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum eight years of progressive change management or program controls experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience owning formal change control on federal or government contracts, with task/delivery order structures.
• Proven ownership of readiness criteria and gating for system transitions to live operation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government screening and site badges.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the program change control process, including intake, assessment, disposition, approval routing, and closure of all change requests.
• Assess cost, schedule, scope, quality, and contractual impact of changes; present findings to Change Control Board.
• Maintain the program change register as the single source of truth and reconcile with baselines.
• Prepare and present change packages to the Change Control Board and outline implications.
• Ensure approved changes are reflected in baselines and reporting within defined turnaround times.
• Develop transition readiness framework with gates, criteria, and rollback provisions.
• Coordinate readiness with stakeholders and report honestly on status and adoption.
• Mentor team members and provide direction across client and internal teams.
