Job summary

Crowned Grace International seeks a Program Manager with federal agency change management experience. This role provides change leadership and strategic direction for the organization's acquisition workforce modernization, setting the Change Management Strategy, driving stakeholder alignment, and translating policy changes into sustained behavioral adoption across program offices.

This is a leadership position with authority for day-to-day contract administration on CGINTL's behalf, including

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, organizational development, public administration, or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum of 8 years' acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Change Management Program Plan and stakeholder strategy.
• Coordinate with COR and attend biweekly check-ins.
• Lead stakeholder impact analysis and resistance mitigation.
• Deliver planning documents within set timelines (plan and staffing).
• Facilitate executive briefings and workshops on modernization initiatives.
