Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., Spirit Defense unit, seeks a program/change management professional to lead Baseline Control and Change Management across the PMO. You will chair CCB and PCCB, oversee change documentation, and align processes with contract and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience required.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for establishment, oversight, and coordination of program activities to implement BCCM processes in the PMO.
• Coordinate Change Management, PCCB/CCB activities and maintain related documentation.
• Facilitate CCB & PCCB meetings; manage change packages and communication of status to stakeholders.
• Develop and audit compliance to change management plans and analyze change data.
• Identify contractual, customer, supplier, and regulatory requirements impacting baselines.
