Job summary

Eagle Hill Consulting, LLC is recruiting experienced Change Management Consultant Manager roles to lead the phased implementation of change management for a large federal technology modernization program.

Projects may require travel across the United States up to five days per week; on-site engagements will occur as needed. We hire on a rolling basis to align with implementation timelines and client readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience with hands-on change management delivery.
• At least 2 years in management or team leadership.
• Experience implementing change management strategies in client settings.
• Ability to travel Monday–Friday to client locations across the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communications.
• Eligibility to obtain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of change management strategies for client delivery.
• Develop deliverables, manage stakeholder engagement, and coordinate communications.
• Support business development, including proposals and client-ready materials.
• Ensure delivery quality and accountability across the team.
