Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. is seeking a Change Management Lead within the Defense Business Unit. You will drive BCCM processes, chair the Change Control Board and PCCB, and coordinate cross-functional change activities across programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining change control documentation, evaluating change impact, and ensuring compliance with contractual and government requirements in a defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with Change Management, Risk Management, Affordability Management, Earned Value Management.
• Proven ability to develop proposals, estimates and operate in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and oversight of program change management and BCCM processes within the PMO.
• Coordinate CCB/PCCB; establish agenda, meeting minutes and change documentation.
• Maintain and audit change control processes and documentation across the lifecycle.
• Develop and monitor the Change Management Plan and metrics for PCCB/CCB.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess change impacts and ensure contractual alignment.
