Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of change management plans under the guidance of a program manager.
Assist with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness activities.
Help identify potential risks and resistance to change and elevate insights as needed.
Work closely with project managers, HR, communications, and business teams.
Support leaders and managers with change-related materials and messaging.
Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and materials.
Track basic change metrics and assist with surveys and reporting.
Support post-implementation reviews and documentation of lessons learned.
