Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, information systems, operations, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, finance, operations, transformation, analytics, or process improvement.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements analysis, external benchmarking, financial modelling, scenario analysis, or benefits realization.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence, and develop clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated projects involving research, analytics, and storytelling.
• Strong facilitation skills to work across a diverse set of stakeholders and problem types.

• Developing business cases and financial models to support transformation initiatives.

• Defining and tracking KPIs to measure progress and outcomes.
• Supporting benefits realization and ensuring value is captured from transformation efforts.
• Present findings to executive and non-executive stakeholders.
