Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support delivery of change initiatives for business and technology programs. You will partner with program managers, HR, communications, and business teams to inform, prepare, and support employees through change.

This role provides foundational experience in change management and organizational effectiveness, with exposure to ADKAR, Kotter, and collaboration using Microsoft 365 tools for communications and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in change management, HR, communications, or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of change management plans under guidance of a program manager.
• Collaborate with project teams, HR, communications, and business units.
• Create change-related materials and messaging for stakeholders.
• Coordinate training logistics and materials.
• Track basic change metrics and assist with feedback analysis.
