Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or related field.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex workstreams from problem definition through mobilization.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Discover and qualify high-value opportunities across growth, margin, cost, customer experience, and process.
• Frame the executive question, opportunity thesis, hypotheses, scope, decision criteria, and analytical workplan.
• Structure ambiguous problems, diagnose root causes, and identify critical sponsor decisions.
• Integrate operational, financial, customer, process, market, and competitor evidence into a coherent fact base.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, research, and external benchmarking to test hypotheses.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations with explicit options and trade-offs.
• Shape target-state operating models, initiatives, and mobilization roadmaps.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and transfer reusable methods to business teams.
