Job summary

South Jersey Industries seeks an Enterprise Change Enablement Lead to build and operate our Change Enablement Center of Excellence and drive change strategy across transformation and IT initiatives. The role partners with Strategic Program Delivery, IT, HR, Communications, and sponsors to ensure adoption and sustainment of new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of change enablement for large-scale transformations and IT-led initiatives.
• Experience with Prosci ADKAR, change methodologies, and organizational readiness practices.
• Proven ability to design service models, govern standards, and manage practitioner resources across a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise change enablement services across transformation portfolios.
• Lead readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, adoption planning, and roadmaps at scale.
• Partner with executives and sponsors to align change activity with milestones and capacity.
