Code and Theory is seeking a Change & Enablement Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation team. You’ll drive adoption, readiness, and value realization across content supply chain transformation, creative operations, and AI-enabled workflows.

This client-facing role blends strategy with hands-on delivery across creative, strategy, production, and technology teams. You will lead change management workstreams, develop enablement plans, and translate complex initiatives into actionable steps.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizational change management or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology and process transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead change efforts from strategy through execution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams across client transformation initiatives.
• Partner with client stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and value.
• Conduct readiness, impact, and training needs analyses to support outcomes.
• Develop and deliver enablement plans, communications, and training.
• Facilitate workshops and align cross-functional teams to transformation goals.
• Integrate change activities into overall project delivery plans.
