Requirements include 8+ years in change management, a track record with enterprise transformations, and strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years leading change management for enterprise initiatives.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders on transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with CET sponsors and senior leaders to shape adoption plans.
• Assess readiness, measure adoption KPIs, and drive value realization.
