Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital seeks an Analyst – Change Enablement to drive adoption of enterprise technologies across the organization.

You will develop change strategies, create training materials, and partner with Product Teams, business stakeholders, and ITS to ensure successful technology adoption. Responsibilities include stakeholder readiness, communication plans, training sessions, and measuring adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Change Enablement principles and best practices.
• Experience supporting technology implementations within a structured change framework (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Ability to create change-related deliverables including communications, training materials, and digital learning resources.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of change enablement strategies for technology implementations.
• Partner with Product Teams, stakeholders, vendors, and ITS teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess organizational readiness for change.
• Gather user feedback and improve adoption, user experience, and outcomes.
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials and digital learning resources.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for new technologies.
• Create and execute communication plans to build awareness and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics and training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Support change champion networks and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with strong customer service.
