ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking an Analyst – Change Enablement in Memphis, TN to drive adoption of enterprise technologies. You will partner with business leaders, product teams, and ITS to assess impacts, develop communications and training materials, and support successful technology implementations.

The role requires collaboration, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping people adapt to technology-driven change. Travel is anticipated at 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in change enablement or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of change management principles (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or hybrids).
• Ability to create communications, training materials, digital learning guides, and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change enablement strategies for enterprise technology implementations.
• Collaborate with product teams, vendors, and ITS to drive adoption.
• Assess readiness, stakeholder impact, and mitigation planning for technology changes.
• Create training materials, job aids, communications, and digital resources.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for new technologies.
• Monitor adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
