ALSAC is seeking an Analyst - Change Enablement to drive adoption of enterprise technologies across ALSAC, including remote users, in Memphis, TN. You will partner with business leaders, product teams and ITS to analyze change impacts, create communications, design training, and measure adoption.

The role emphasizes collaboration, organization, and a passion for helping people adapt to technology-driven change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years in change enablement or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter change management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change enablement strategies for tech implementations.
• Collaborate with product teams, vendors, and ITS for adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
• Create training materials, communications, and learning resources.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, and demonstrations.
