Job summary

Harvey seeks a Technology Enablement Analyst to drive adoption and value realization of enterprise tech across BizTech, product, engineering, and customer success. You will turn complex programs into actionable enablement plans and own stakeholder alignment and rollout strategy.

You will develop training content, run change management activities, and build dashboards to track technology health, usage, and ROI, ensuring scalable impact across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technology-enabled program delivery, technical training, or organization change management.
• Proven track record leading change across multiple teams or functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for major internal technology initiatives, with emphasis on internal AI tooling and workflows.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback, and iterate on enablement plans, docs, and training content.
• Plan and execute change management activities that drive adoption and sustained usage of new tools and processes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership with visibility into technology health, utilization, and ROI.
• Partner with BizTech teams to evaluate new tools, drive integrations, and ensure smooth rollouts.
• Develop process documentation, runbooks, and training materials to support onboarding and change management.
