Job summary

UT Health San Antonio seeks a Change Management Lead to guide organizational change across technology implementations and major upgrades. You will collaborate with managers, sponsors, and stakeholders to understand impacts and deploy change strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and leadership across projects, with responsibilities spanning QA, training, and change communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability on a wide range of business application functionality, content, and workflows.
• Experience leading ad-hoc or matrixed project teams and facilitating meetings in implementing large and small scale Organizational Change initiatives.
• Familiarity with project portfolio management strategies and best practices.
• Strong analytical and decision making skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with project/functional managers, stakeholders, and sponsors to understand changes from software implementations and upgrades and implements strategies for managing the people side of change.
• Develops and implements change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Plan resource allocations to support the portfolio of projects.
• Facilitate change deployment through QA, training, and communications to minimize impact.
• Drive adoption and proficiency with changes by implementing effective change management processes and tools.
• Manage resource allocations across multiple complex change efforts and projects.
• Support communications design, development, delivery and management, guiding stakeholder analysis and message planning.
• Lead advancement of change management process improvement using established and emerging technologies.
• Provide administration of document and knowledge repositories and learning materials.
• Review metrics and conduct QA to monitor team performance.
• Develop team skills in creating user resources like documents and online knowledge articles.
• Interviewing, selecting and training employees; setting pay and hours; directing work; appraising productivity; handling complaints.
