Job summary

ALSAC is seeking an Analyst – Change Enablement to drive adoption of enterprise technologies across the organization. You will collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and ITS to assess impacts, develop communications, create training resources, and support successful technology implementations.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, customer-focused, highly organized, and adept at guiding teams and end users through change, including remote users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, Information Systems, HR, or related field or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in change enablement, change management, OD, training, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations and organizational change initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change enablement strategies and plans for enterprise technology implementations.
• Partner with Product Teams, stakeholders, vendors, and ITS to support technology adoption and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Gather feedback, analyze adoption metrics, and drive user adoption for technology initiatives.
