Job summary

The NCAA seeks a Coordinator of Championships for Women’s Basketball, based in Indianapolis, to oversee lodging, hospitality, and related operations for Division I championships. You will manage hotel room blocks, coordinate with host hotels and vendors, and ensure compliance with NCAA policies.

Two to four years in event planning or athletic administration are preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of meeting and/or event planning experience.
  • Athletic administration experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with Indianapolis national office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the Division I Women's Basketball Championship lodging program.
  • Coordinate lodging for Opening Rounds, first/second rounds, regionals and Final Four host hotels.
  • Serve as NCAA liaison to host lodging liaisons, hotels, CVBs, and hotel management company.
  • Develop, execute and manage hotel room blocks, meeting space and hospitality needs.
  • Review hotel proposals to ensure compliance with policies and contracts.
  • Monitor room utilization, attrition, and inventory adjustments.
