NCAA is seeking a strategic lodging and event coordination leader to manage the Division I Women's Basketball Championship lodging program. You will oversee hotel blocks, team accommodations, and hospitality services while coordinating with hotels, NCAA staff, and partners to ensure smooth operations across regional rounds and the Final Four.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in meeting/event planning and athletic administration recommended.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lodging program for Division I Women's Basketball Championship.
• Coordinate hotel room blocks, meeting space and hospitality needs for teams and officials.
• Serve as NCAA liaison to hotels, host lodging liaisons and lodging partners.
• Develop lodging timelines, policies and operational documents for stakeholders.
• Monitor hotel utilization, inventory and billing; resolve lodging issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments on budgeting and forecasting for lodging operations.
