Job summary

WuXi AppTec Group in Kentucky (Northern) seeks a Warehouse Handler to support shipping, receiving, GMP inventory, and general warehouse operations. The role requires careful handling of materials, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to regulatory guidelines for hazardous materials.

You will work with API materials, raw materials, and packaging supplies, maintain temperature-controlled storage, participate in cycle counts, and coordinate domestic and international transfers while staying

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years of prior experience working with chemicals and with import/export procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with dangerous goods regulations and related cGMP practices is a plus.
• cGMP skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives, identifies, quarantines, stores, handles, dispenses, releases, and issues GMP materials.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and tracks expiration/retest dates for GMP materials.
• Assists in the retesting of GMP inventory batches as needed.
• Participates in annual GMP inventory cycle counts.
• Supports the disposition of expired materials and documentation.
• Operates a forklift for material handling.
• Coordinates transfer of GMP materials domestically and internationally.
• Ensures proper operation and temperature monitoring of storage refrigerators.
• Maintains training and documentation for import/export activities.
• Supports shipping/receiving processes with various departments.
