Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a Materials Management Associate II to support GMP materials movement and storage in a controlled warehouse environment. The role emphasizes internal logistics, temperature-controlled handling, and adherence to GDP/SOPs.

The employee will transport GMP materials between PCI San Diego sites, requiring routine forklift/equipment operation and strict safety practices. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years warehouse or inventory experience.
• Ability to follow directions with/without supervision.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fundamental inventory control concepts understanding.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and similar software.
• Proven problem solving and cross-functional teamwork.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process GMP materials.
• Maintain SOP/training knowledge for department.
• Receive, inventory, ship materials; support internal logistics.
• Review documents to identify discrepancies.
• Handle materials in various temperature environments.
• Work with chemicals using PPE in controlled settings.
• Operate pallets jacks, forklifts, and narrow-aisle equipment.
• Maintain regular full-time attendance.
• Demonstrate professional behavior reflecting company policies.
• Align actions with PCI Pharma Services values.
