Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec North America in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a warehouse associate to perform routine inventory and material handling tasks in a cGMP environment. You will operate PITs, use SAP and RF systems, and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.

You will pick, package, ship hazardous and biological materials, participate in cycle counts, and support SOPs, GDP, and safety procedures. This role requires 2+ years in regulated settings, ability to lift 65 lbs, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in a regulated cGMP material management environment.
• Experience with SAP and similar ERP systems; familiarity with GDP and biomanufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and operate material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and train others in PITs (electric pallet jacks, turret truck, etc.).
• Perform transactions using SAP and RF systems; provide first-level troubleshooting with external teams.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials in ERP per GDP.
• Label, stage, and store materials, including cold storage, following cGMP and safety protocols.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders including hazardous/biological materials per SOPs.
