Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec North America in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform routine warehouse tasks in a cGMP environment, including receiving, transporting, and documenting materials. You will troubleshoot minor issues and help optimize operations while ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include operating PITs, using SAP/ERP, labeling and storing materials (including cold storage), picking and shipping, and supporting inventory counts.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in a regulated cGMP material management environment.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and GDP/cGMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate PITs and assist in training others on equipment use.
• Perform ERP/SAP transactions and provide first-level troubleshooting.
• Receive, inspect, and document materials in ERP per GDP.
• Label, stage, and store materials including cold storage per cGMP and safety rules.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders including hazardous/biological materials per procedures.
• Support CDMO ops with accurate reservation fulfillment and material movements.
• Coordinate material transport across site following cGMP standards.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate records.
• Follow SOPs and suggest minor process improvements; assist with deviations.
• Prepare outbound shipments using shipping software and maintain documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with safety and GMP requirements.
