ElevateBio in Waltham, MA is seeking an Associate I or II to join the Warehouse team. You will support receiving, inventory management, and material kit creation for manufacturing, along with logistics and shipping responsibilities.

The role uses SAP for receipts and issues, conducts cycle counts, and moves GMP and non-GMP materials with pallet jacks. You will collaborate across teams and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years GMP warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience with ERP/Inventory systems, SAP EWM preferred.
• Adhere to ElevateBio safety requirements.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on-call schedule.

Responsabilités

• Process goods receipts and issues in SAP.
• Access vendor COAs.
• Perform kitting of GMP orders from SAP pick list.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory management.
• Move GMP and non-GMP materials with pallet jacks.
• Cross-train for backup coverage.
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate shipments and pack-outs.
• Input data accurately into SAP and MS Office.
• Provide loading dock coverage for deliveries.
• Replenish materials on POU racks daily.
