You will interpret General Liability policies, analyze coverage, and resolve multi‑party claims with moderate to high exposure under defined authority, delivering customer‑centric service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 2+ years of Claims/Litigation management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of Claims/Litigation management experience.
• High School Diploma Equivalent with 8+ years of Claims/Litigation management experience.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 6+ years of Claims/Litigation management experience.
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 6+ years of Claims/Litigation management experience.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products

Responsibilities

• Handle multi‑party commercial line claims of moderate to high exposure and complexity within specific authority limits.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, suppliers and brokers to provide a quality claims experience.
• Learn and apply established protocols and industry best practices to ensure efficient and effective claims handling.
