Zurich North America seeks an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join our Commercial General Liability team. Our hybrid work model offers autonomy to complete focused work from a preferred location while supporting in-person collaboration when needed.

Based at one of several U.S. offices including Dallas, TX, this role handles multi-party commercial lines claims with moderate to high exposure, following established protocols to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused claims experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with claims/insurance experience.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice or completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with experience.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-party commercial lines claims with moderate to high exposure within assigned authority.
• Follow established practices to ensure efficient, high-quality, customer-focused claims handling.
