Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients according to the care plan.
• Assist with ADLs, IADLs, and other health-related tasks.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in client’s home environment and daily living habits.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor promptly.
• Provide social and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.
• Maintain required training and educational requirements.
