Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a part-time CFSS Support Worker for Montevideo, MN. The role involves delivering personal care services and assisting with daily activities per the care plan, while maintaining client confidentiality and safety.

You will support clients in daily living tasks, document care provided, and coordinate light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation arrangements. Strong preference for CFSS certification and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• CFSS Certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental ADLs (IADLs), and other health-related tasks.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Assist with routine household chores of light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in client’s home environment or habits of daily living.
• Report all safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Provide clients with social and emotional support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.
