Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients per care plan.
• Assist with ADLs and IADLs and other health tasks.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in client’s home environment and report concerns.
• Provide clients with social and emotional support.
• Maintain confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.
