Job summary

Circle of Life in Montevideo, MN, is seeking a CFSS Support Worker to provide compassionate personal care to clients according to care plans. You will assist with ADLs, IADLs, and other health-related tasks, while maintaining safety and confidentiality in clients' homes.

You will document cares, assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation arrangements, and report safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• CFSS Certification required or strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with home care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients per care plans.
• Assist with ADLs, IADLs, and other health-related tasks.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in client homes and report to supervisor.
• Provide clients with social and emotional support.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for all individuals.
• Maintain training and education requirements.
