Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) and other health-related tasks.
• Document cares provided to clients as instructed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in the client’s home and report concerns to the supervisor.
• Provide clients with social and emotional support while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.
