You will drive client relationships, manage scheduling and billing, and become proficient in QuickBooks Online and other ERP systems. This position offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities for practice development within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; master's degree preferred.
• CPA or relevant certification preferred.
• 2+ years of managerial or direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with CFO services or outsourced accounting is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems.
• Strong MS Office skills and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client engagements in outsourced accounting and interim Controller roles.
• Coach and mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive practice development.
• Ensure high-quality financial reporting and budgeted billable hours.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and project deadlines.
• Promote cross-sell of services to current clients.
• Collaborate with teams across Professional Services & Manufacturing.
