Brixey & Meyer is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Manager for its CFO Services practice within the Professional Services & Manufacturing Industries. The role oversees client engagements, mentors a team of Seniors and Accountants, and focuses on outsourced accounting and interim Controller work.

The Manager collaborates with leadership, drives service quality, and supports business development while maintaining strong client relationships across diverse engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Master’s degree or continued coursework preferred.
• CPA or relevant certification preferred.
• 2+ years managerial or direct supervisory experience.
• 5+ years in public accounting preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 1 hour from home office.

• Oversee multiple client engagements and manage a team of Seniors and Accountants.
• Coach and mentor staff; manage client relationships.
• Schedule staff and ensure hours are billed efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and practice development.
