Brixey & Meyer in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Manager for our CFO Services team focused on Construction, Real Estate & Consumer industries. You will oversee multiple client engagements, mentor staff, and partner with seniors and accountants to deliver high-quality outsourced accounting and interim Controller services.

This role emphasizes client relationships, process improvement, and leveraging QuickBooks Online and other ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; master’s is a plus.
CPA or relevant certification preferred.
2+ years of managerial or direct supervisory experience.
Proficient with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Aufgaben

Oversee multiple client engagements and manage a team of Seniors and Accountants.
Provide high-quality CFO Services to clients with outsourced accounting and interim Controller roles.
Mentor and coach staff; manage client relationships and pipelines.
Assist with hiring, development, and performance reviews.
Promote cross-selling and practice development for the Firm.
