Brixey & Meyer is seeking a CFO Services Senior Manager to lead their fractional CFO practice in Cincinnati, OH. You will build relationships, win new engagements, and act as a trusted financial advisor while guiding clients on profitability, cash flow, forecasting, and strategic decisions.

The role blends senior finance leadership with business development, requiring strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple client priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/MAcc preferred.
• CPA or CMA in good standing is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance leadership.
• Strong client relationships and business development skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting.
