Brixey & Meyer is seeking a CFO Services Senior Manager to lead outsourced accounting engagements from Columbus, OH. You’ll oversee quality, mentor staff, and shape scalable processes while operating at a controller level when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/MAcc preferred.
• CPA or CMA in good standing.
• 7+ years of relevant accounting, controllership, outsourced accounting, or advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle and financial reporting.
• Experience leading and developing accounting professionals.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems and technology.
• Strong client communication and relationship skills.
• Collaborative, hands-on professional who can manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced accounting engagements and ensure accurate, timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as a trusted resource to clients and team members on accounting and financial matters.
• Review financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, general ledger activity, and other core accounting functions.
• Identify accounting, process, and control issues and develop practical solutions.
