Brixey & Meyer is seeking a CFO Services Manager to lead client engagements, mentor seniors and accountants, and drive practice development. The role emphasizes outsourced accounting and interim Controller work with a focus on delivering high-quality financial services.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in public accounting, CPA preferred, and strong skills in QuickBooks Online and ERP systems. A hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA or relevant certification preferred.
• 2+ years of managerial or direct supervisory experience.
• Advanced computer literacy, including proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience or interest in automation or AI-based tools.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to client sites up to 1 hour from the home office.
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Desire to contribute to our distinctive company culture.
• Process oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• 5+ years of qualified work experience in public accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client engagements and manage a team of Seniors and Accountants.
• Provide high-quality CFO services to clients with outsourced accounting and interim Controller roles.
• Coach and mentor staff and manage client relationships and business development.
• Operate in QuickBooks Online and other ERP systems used by clients.
• Meet annual budgeted billable hours and contribute to firm administration tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
• Cross-sell and identify additional services for current clients.
