West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Office of the CFO Advisory Practice. As a CFO Advisory Consulting Intern, you will use your analytical skills to transform our clients’ accounting, budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes.

This role emphasizes process improvements, technology enhancements, AI and automation, organization redesign, and operating model refinements in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree with expected graduation Dec 2027–Aug 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Travel up to 50% with expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team to assist CFOs in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in financial close, reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Contribute to technology selection and implementation efforts (ERP) and align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Support software selection, documentation of requirements, vendor evaluation, and solution recommendations.
• Participate in implementations including design, configuration, testing and deployment of platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations.
