Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Office of the CFO Advisory Practice. As a CFO Advisory Intern, you will help transform clients' accounting, budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes through process improvements, technology enablement, AI, and operating-model refinements.

Based in Chicago with a hybrid work model, you will support CFOs, help build transformation roadmaps, and assist ERP selections and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in progress and strong academic record
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership through academics or activities
• Familiarity with AI concepts and data-driven thinking

Responsibilities

• Assist CFOs in improving financial close, reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Support IT strategy alignment and ERP-related initiatives including vendor evaluation.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and generate data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to transformation roadmaps for processes, technologies, and people.
