Job summary

A community-focused organization in Los Angeles seeks a Regional Coordinator to enhance the effectiveness of the Coordinated Entry System (CES) aimed at supporting homeless communities. You'll be responsible for building partnerships and ensuring efficient referral systems for various populations. Ideal candidates will have a background in social services and a deep understanding of homeless interventions. Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal policy and programs under the Coordinated Entry System (CES).
• Experience working in social services, public sector or community advocacy work.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with community partners and SPA 2 leadership.
• Facilitate community partner usage of the SPDAT assessment tool.
• Act as a liaison for referral requests between community partners and internal departments.

Bachelor’s degree in a social service related field
