Qualifications
Knowledge of federal policy and programs under the Coordinated Entry System (CES).
Experience working in social services, public sector or community advocacy work.
Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with community partners and SPA 2 leadership.
Facilitate community partner usage of the SPDAT assessment tool.
Act as a liaison for referral requests between community partners and internal departments.
